10tv is reporting that on Wednesday (2/21/07), doctors reported treating higher numbers of people after they'd slipped on the ice caused by freezing frost. some things from the story that caught my eye:"Miller said she had to crawl back up her driveway to get to her kids who were still inside." "Dr. Rothe said half of the patients he treated Wednesday slipped on the ice." ' "I actually slipped on the front porch this morning so I kind of figured that I would be heading into a busy day at the ER," said emergency room nurse Molly Barrington.' "The ER at Riverside Hospital treated 50 patients Wednesday who slipped and fell. Grant Medical Center treated about 20 and Doctors Hospital reported treating a couple dozen." Read all about it folks! (there's video too) 10tv.com/?sec=home&story=sites/10tv/content/pool/200702/1263958803.html
